Barbara F. (Richards) Fisher passed away on July 10, 2019 at the Brockton Hospital.  Proceeded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Richards, her husband Ron Fisher and her son in law John A. Frietas.

She is survived by her daughter Donna M. Frietas of Pleasanthall, PA, two granddaughters Heather L. Stouffer of Chambersburg, PA and Jessica A. Lynch of Martinsburg, WV and three great grandchildren Michael J. NorthCraft currently stationed in Japan with the Marines, Trinity S. NorthCraft of Mont Alto, PA and Ariana Lynch of Martinsburg, WV.

Services will be private and held at the family's discretion
