David H. Morse of Abington, formerly of Braintree, passed away peacefully December 5, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Judith (Sylvester) Morse. Devoted father of Kelly Morse Perez of Abington, Lisa Connell of Whitman, and Joseph Morse of Whitman. Brother of Sarah Joyce of Raynham, Janice Shuman of Fall River, and the late George W. Morse. Also survived by his grandchildren Miguel, Zachary, Gabrielle, Diego, Joshua, Genevieve, Grace, and Manny.

David was a 1959 graduate of Braintree High School where he excelled in football and track. He was a member of the Teamsters Union, Local 25. He loved sports, fishing, carpentry, gardening and most of all spending time with his family.

Visiting hours at the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman on Thursday, December 10th from 6-8 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 11th at Holy Ghost Church, Whitman at 9 am.

Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Rockland.
