Ethel C. (Lawrence) Mattson, 89 of Centerville formerly of Braintree January 22, 2012. Ethel was born in Boston, and worked for the Registry of Motor Vehicles for over 10 years in Hyannis. She is survived by her children John Mattson of Taunton, and Lisa Sacks of East Bridgewater and son-in-law Steven Sacks. Sister of the late Alma Ruggerie. Grandmother of Nicole and Adam Mattson, and Michael and Kelly Sacks. Great grandmother of Noah Mattson.

Visitation from the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St. Whitman, on Friday January 27 from 8-8:45 am.

Followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Ghost Church in Whitman at 9 am.

Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery on Pine St., in Centerville.
