Obituary

Ronald E. Erickson of East Bridgewater passed away August 15, 2022, peacefully with his loving family by his bedside at age 84.Ronald was a retired Boston Police Officer with 30 years of service protecting the community. He enjoyed golfing, puzzles, crossword books, reading, taking walks, and especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was blessed to have caring neighbors that often kept him company and provided love and support. He was beloved husband of the late Loretta Erickson; loving father of Susan Graves of Norton and her husband Bernard Graves, and Jodi Courteau of Brockton; loving grandfather of Kyle Courteau and Brendan Courteau of Brockton and Samantha Graves and Mikayla Graves of Norton; brother of Arthur Erickson and wife Marie, and Sandra Frazer and husband Larry of Billerica; brother in-law of Marie Voto of Revere, Glenda Scimone of Saugus, and the late Marilyn Felix. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours and Service at the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St., WHITMAN Saturday, August 20th, 10am to 12pm. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Funeral service to follow at 12 pm in the funeral home.

Interment at St. James Cemetery in Whitman.
