Thomas Wayne Hunt of West Bridgewater passed away Friday April 14, 2017 at the age of 89. He was the beloved husband of the late Lois B. (Sammons) Hunt.  Loving father of Leonard T. Hunt Chief of the West Bridgewater Fire Dept. and his wife Peg of West Bridgewater and Lisa A. MacAuley retired call Firefighter West Bridgewater F.D. and her husband Patrick of West Bridgewater. Grandfather of Daniel L. Hunt and his fiancé  Mandy of Easton, Brian T. Hunt and his wife Tara,, and Megan Hunt and her fiancé Jim  all of West Bridgewater.

Thomas was born in Brockton a graduate of Brockton High School, a WW II and Korean War Veteran in the U.S. Marine Corps, he worked as a Stereotype for the Boston Globe for over 35 years, and a call Firefighter in West Bridgewater for over 40 years.

Visiting hours will be held in the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St. Whitman on Tuesday 4-8 PM.

Services will be held in the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 10 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.

Interment Pine Hill Cemetery West Bridgewater.
